Strange Refund
Posted on November 1st, 2004 No commentsI received an email on Saturday from Chapters telling me that they had refunded me $53 for a book that I returned. I haven’t ordered a book online in ages, and so I had no idea what they were talking about. I logged into my account and looked up the order number they mentioned, it is for a book that I ordered December 30, 1999! It says I sent the book back, but I don’t remember anything about it (either receiving it or sending it back). It will be interesting to see if they actually do give me a refund.
